SHIPPING COSTS

At TopUnique Hair, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, you can choose between two shipping options:

1. $29 for FedEx, DHL, or UPS (we'll select the best carrier based on your location).
2. $10 for a slower shipping option. (If your order value is under $80, a $29 shipping fee will be charged when you place the order. If you want to change to this slower option, please contact our custom service team at support@topuniquehair.com for the change and price difference refund)

For remote areas, a shipping fee of $40 will apply. If your address is in a remote location, the shipping fee will automatically update to $40 during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time refers to the period from when your order is placed until it is shipped. Stock orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. If you request base size trimming or hair cutting and styling before shipping, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

For custom orders, order processing time refers to the period from when your order is placed until it is completed and ready for shipment. Processing time for custom orders generally ranges from 6-10 weeks. Standard men's hair systems typically take 6-8 weeks, while orders with complex colors, long hair, heavy densities, silk bases, or full-cap wigs may take up to 10 weeks. A specific time-frame will be provided when you place your custom order.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time refers to the period from when your package is shipped to when it arrives at your doorstep, barring any delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen issues. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for the U.S. and 5-7 business days for other countries and regions.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

TopUnique Hair partners with several world-renowned express companies, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring delivery to most countries within a week. For certain special regions, other express services or postal services may be used, and shipping time will depend on the specific circumstances.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO military addresses.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees and taxes incurred during the customs process. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service team.

CANCELLATION 

An order can be canceled under the following conditions:

• For a stock hair system that does not include any pre-styling services (such as base pre-cut or haircut) or perming services, provided it has not yet been shipped.
• For a stock hair system with pre-styling or perming services, if the pre-styling or perming process has not yet begun.
• For a custom order, before production starts (custom orders are typically put into production within 48 business hours of order placement).
• For all accessories, before they have been shipped.

RETURNS

We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order. If this time frame has passed, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
• The hair system is unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered. If the hair system is not in its original condition, a $15 restocking fee will apply.
• The hair system is a stock item with no add-on services such as base cuts, haircuts, perming, or other modifications.
• Accessories are returned in their original condition.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• Custom orders
• Hair systems with add-on services, such as base cuts, haircuts, perming, or any other modifications that alter the original condition
• Clearance items

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT:

3. Check your email for a message from our store, then copy the six-digit verification code provided.
4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

SELECT YOUR ORDER:

Choose the order you wish to return.

SELECT ITEMS:

If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.

PROVIDE DETAILS:

Choose a return reason and add any notes for the store.

SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:

Click "Submit Request."

If your return request is approved and shipping is necessary, you will receive an email with instructions to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.

REFUND

Once your return has been received, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps for either an exchange or a refund.

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, usually within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that any currency conversion fees or charges applied by PayPal or banks during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer’s bank.

WARRANTY FROM TOPUNIQUE HAIR
FREE REPAIR OR A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

If you experience significant hair loss within the first two weeks, leading to a bald spot covering more than 10% of the base, we offer a free repair or replacement based on the specific circumstances. To provide a solution, please share details such as the date of your installation, your hair system care and maintenance routine, and any treatments like perming or bleaching applied to the hair system. 

You'll be responsible for the return shipping. Please purchase the $45 shipping label using the link below, and FedEx or DHL will arrange to pick up the hair system for delivery to our factory. The repair process typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on the specific circumstances.

SHIPPING LABEL

If you experience significant hair loss again with the repaired or replacement hair system, this warranty will no longer apply.

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

• l Full Vlooped hair systems
• l Clearance Items
• l Hair systems that have been permed, colored, bleached, or otherwise chemically treated by the client.
